How it works & pricing

One fee for the design. One honest quote for the trip.

No hidden commissions, no pressure, and nothing to pay until you've spoken to a human and decided we're the right fit. Here's the whole thing, start to finish.

01

The enquiry · freeTell us the dream

Fill in the short form on our contact page: where you've always meant to go, roughly when, who's coming, and a budget band if you have one in mind.

Anything else you want us to know helps: an anniversary, dietary needs, a dream hotel you saw once, a fear of small boats. A real human reads every enquiry.

02

The call · freeA real conversation

Within a working day or two, one of us calls you. We talk through the brief properly: the pace you like, what a good day looks like for you, what you never want to do on holiday again.

By the end of the call you'll have a clear picture of what we'd design and your design fee, quoted flat and up front. If we're not the right studio for the trip, we'll say so on this call and point you somewhere better.

03

The proposal · design feeYour itinerary, drafted

Once you're happy to go ahead, the design fee kicks off the real work. We brief the planner who lives where you're going, and within a few days you receive a draft itinerary written for you, not lifted from a brochure.

Then we refine it together. Swap a city for a coastline, slow a week down, add a splurge night. Revisions are part of the fee, not an extra.

04

The trip · quoted separatelyBook, then breathe

When the design is right, we price the trip itself (hotels, transfers, guides, experiences) as one transparent quote. Book it with us and your design fee comes off the price.

From there, the moving parts are ours to worry about. Our desk stays reachable from the day you leave to the day you land home.

The money, plainly

Two numbers. Nothing hidden between them.

01 · The design fee
from £195flat, quoted on the call · credited when you book

This pays for the thinking, and it's the only fee we charge you directly.

  • The consultation call and a written brief
  • Your draft itinerary, designed by the planner on the ground
  • Revisions until the shape is right
  • Fully credited against the trip if you book with us
02 · The trip cost
quoted per tripone transparent price · deposit to confirm, balance before travel

The trip itself, from stays and transfers to guides and experiences, priced as one clear quote once the design is agreed.

  • Itemised enough that you can see where the money goes
  • No hidden commissions and no upsell pressure
  • Typical trips start from £4,200 per person; see each destination
  • Payment and protection details confirmed in writing before you commit

If you take the itinerary and book it yourself instead, that's allowed. The design fee is all you'll ever have paid us.

  • Fourteen countries in ten days
Questions we hear a lot

Fair questions.

Is the first call really free?+
Yes. The enquiry and the consultation call cost nothing and commit you to nothing. You only pay the design fee if you decide to go ahead with a proposal afterwards.
What if I don't book the trip after the proposal?+
Then the design fee is all you've paid, and the itinerary is yours to keep. Some people book it themselves; that's allowed, genuinely. The fee covers the design work whether or not you travel with us.
How far ahead should I get in touch?+
Three to six months ahead is the sweet spot for most trips, leaving enough time for the good rooms and the good guides. Safari and peak-season Japan reward six to twelve months. Shorter notice? Ask anyway; it depends on the destination.
Do you book flights?+
International flights we'll advise on and time the itinerary around, but you usually book them directly, which keeps your flexibility and points intact. Internal flights, trains and transfers within the trip are ours to arrange.
Is my money protected?+
Before you pay anything toward a trip, we confirm in writing exactly how your booking is held and what protections apply to it under UK package-travel rules. If anything is unclear, ask us on the call; plain answers are part of the service.
Can I change the itinerary once it's booked?+
Before booking, revisions are unlimited and included. After booking, we'll always try; changes depend on the suppliers involved, and we'll tell you honestly what's possible and what it costs before anything moves.
